"Most unprofessional office I’ve ever worked with. They call and schedule an appointment but never call to cancel it. Their staff is very difficult to communicate with over the phone. They are accepting new patients, but there is clearly a reason they do not have many. When I finally was able to get an appointment it was virtual and I waited for over an hour with no communication about why there was a delay."

"Only sent in 10 days of my prescription. I have epilepsy. It’s gabapentin… which stopped my seizures. I finally got past 8 months seizure free. Provider walked out halfway thru me speaking and I’m pretty sure misgendered me. I definitely heard “her” when the provider was talking to the very nice man I saw first. I’ve been on testosterone 5 years… and you’re a psychiatrist! Also, he wanted me to come back in 2 weeks, which a psychiatrist has never done before and this is the 10th I’ve met with! He wanted to refill my scripts in between our appointments without seeing me. This is not a safe practitioner! Edit: he went to xinxiang university which has a sketchy website and sketchy Facebook page and is reviewed as having bad staff, lacking accommodations, and having students “only roaming and eating.” Oh yeah and they have a typo in their banner… rlly seems like a fake degree and he acts like it too! I have a friend who said he pushed TMS and polydrugging on them as well. Don’t see this provider!"
