"Lived here for about 2 years until summer ‘21. Like others were saying, the quality of the rooms are decent but the move out inspection is a complete sham. I took pictures when moving in but was still charged with paint chippings, marks on doors and walls, etc. All the photos of these that I documented at move-in were now applied upon moving out. I got a whopping $73 back from my deposit. I’m willing to bet anything that unit 35, #311 has all these damages, were never repaired, and will be tacked onto the next resident when moving out. This company is predatory and has its footprint all over Morgantown. Sign with them as long as you’re ok with being swindled out of your deposit."

"I will say the apartments themselves are clean and reasonable for the price. Everything is really good condition. HOWEVER, the people who work in the office messed up my lease and how much I needed to pay. They were confused on how much the management fee was. So I ended up signing for two different prices. Another thing is, maintenance never comes to fix/pick up furniture in the apartment. I’ve called the office multiple times in a span or three weeks and they keep promising someone will pick it up. Well here I am still waiting to hear a call back from maintenance once again. This place is very disorganized and pretty unprofessional."

"Lived here for 3 years and really enjoyed it. Maintenance staff was very friendly and prompt at handling requests. However, when we tried to lease from them again after moving away for a year they frequently were unhelpful. We had a lease agreement we were working the terms out on, and every time we called them to get it finalized, the staff was clueless and indicated that they would have to look into it . They indicated that they would give us a call back in 2 days after we asked for one of the managers to look into what was happening with our lease. We finally received a call back months later after we had signed a lease elsewhere."

"I toured a few of their apartments. Mostly clean, you can tell they cater to the college crowd by minor damages to the public areas. I filed an application and never heard back. I emailed, and called, several times. No response. They simply took my $20.00 application fee and ran. That alone is worth a zero star rating."
