"Nice and spacious apartment"

"DO NOT LIVE HERE. The apartments are disgusting, the maintenance people won't come to fix anything and no matter how nice you leave it you will NEVER get your security deposit back. We now have several friends in legal disputes with them because they tried to charge them for fixing things that weren't broken and tried to charge them 10x more than it would cost to fix it. Total scam. Metro Properties should be forced to shut down."

"Do yourself a favor and never live here. The apartments are mediocre at best for the price. The apartment lease rules are selectively enforced / not enforced at all. Everything broke within a week. Closet doors fell off, there were no screens on the windows, missing bars on the balcony, disgusting carpet, food in the microwave, stove top didn't work, facets were leaking. We had no water coming out of our shower and no maintenance guy would come to fix it, so we had to fix it ourselves even though we were not supposed to. We left the apartment 10 times better than we found it, but never got the deposit back due to some untrue reasons. They had the audacity to take the deposit and then charge us and they did not use the money to fix any of the things they said were wrong (I checked with the current resident)."
