We love the deck and the view from our apartment. There is a Grocery Store that is basically walking distance. Lot's of conveniences. Overall, definitely a great experience."

"DO NOT RENT HERE. We had a lot of issues throughout our 2 year stay. We were patient with everything. Then they gave us 10 back out of our entire almost 900 deposit. I had to clean everything when we moved in. All the light switches and outlets covers were painted over so I had to scrap all the paint off. They never placed down mats when they painted everything so there was paint spray on EVERYTHING, that I cleaned. We moved in and the water heater was ‘broken’ meaning it worked but we had to flip it one way to use hot water and another way when we wanted to use heat. We couldn't use hot water and heat at the same time. All of the window screens were ripped and I asked them to replace three times and never showed up. Asked them once after we had an infestation of 100s of lady bugs. Still never showed up. Both of our doors were old and messed up, so bugs got in all the time. Never fixed it. The roof leaked and the wood inside the wall was completely rotted through and they just covered it back up. When we moved in, the kitchen sink leaked which in turn leaked into the bottom and then they wrote that on the move out sheet like it was our fault. There were stains on the counters and floors that never came off. The dryer vent wasn't even connected and I figured that out because I pulled it out and there was layers and layers of lint caked on the walls and floor that I spent several hours cleaning and yet it was still ‘dirty’ when we left. They took pictures of natural knots in the wood on our deck like it was something from us. The same deck that had shaky railings and was dirty and nails coming up out of it. They charged us 350 for painting when it was painted before we moved in and it needed maybe a spot or two of touch up. This place is a scam. The pictures they sent me were of mostly nothing. There was more issues but it doesnt even matter, this place is terrible. We left them a cleaner apartment then what we got and they scammed us of the entire deposit. This place is a scam and they dont care about anyone or anything except themselves. We even recommended several people to them while we lived there and thats how they treated us. We regret it."

"Do not rent from this company.  This company is shady, and not trustworthy.  They will steal money from you, and make up reasons to take from your security deposit.  A corrupt company.  Theives, is a good way to describe them."

"Avoid at all costs!!!!! Over-priced rental with low-tier appliances, shoddy carpet, and fake hardwood. Not to mention the terrible management. Do NOT expect anything back from your deposit. I left my apartment in better condition and cleaner than how I received it. I expected by entire security deposit. They ended up sending me a bill based on made up charges. I'm astounded at the dishonesty of this complex. Google needs to provide a negative star system just for this property. It's absolutely shameful how they gauge money from their tenants."
