"I stay here when I fight at The Bridge Sports Complex. I make sure I book this specific hotel because of the staff being so courteous and hospitable. Stephen at the front desk and the breakfast crew were very professional and friendly. I will continue to stay at this hotel and recommend to anyone! Ps. A hotel that is doing renovations isn’t a reason to leave a bad review. They are literally improving the quality of the building for their clients..renovations don’t happen over night, use your brain and get over yourself."
"Great personnel and prompt service when requested. An issue with the first floor keys (allowed anyone to enter any room) was very concerning and addressed twice with the staff. They too were concerned as maintenance was on scene each day. I was disappointed as a Hilton Honors member to not be offered a discount or additional points for the potentially dangerous situation for guests. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious."
