"The company didn't refund my deposit over 90 days. Did anyone have same experience? Who should I contact in government agents to resolve the issue. Still didn't receive the deposit. Anyone has same issue? Any action should I take to get my money back?"

"My place was disgusting and not cleaned at all when I moved in. It's extremely noisy all the time and my apartment is expensive and small. Going back, I would've chosen elsewhere to live. The only plus is the lady who manages the place is very nice and attentive."

"The owner is a dirt bag. They never give your security deposit back. I've known 20 or so people who have lived here and no one has ever got any money back unless you get a lawyer. The management turnover is insane. The last was a meth head who steals from apartments and rented to prostitutes and drug rings. This place used to be the nicest in town but is completely different since Michelle left."

"These apartments are nice but the Staff is not at all. I had all sorts of issues while living here. The handle on my door was broken for 2 months and was still not fixed when I moved out. The maintenance Guy came in and patches my ceiling only for it to look worse than it was before. And my dishwasher quit working 4 months after moving in and it never got fixed no matter how many times I brought it up. Would not recommend. Can get a better deal all over parkersburg."
