"I rented an apartment for nearly 5 years from these slumlords, I constantly had to deal with roaches and bedbugs coming into my apartment from the other apartments. When I complained that they needed to call a professional exterminator instead of treating for bugs with store products, they started an illegal and premature eviction against me. I got the eviction dismissed in circuit court only to have another eviction served on me a few months later. The owner of the property likes to use the place as a dating game. Yes, he dates his tenants... so if you are trashy female, you will find no better place to rent in Parkersburg. Have a great day and enjoy...."

"The owner and landlord both are very rude, make outrageous accusations as to why you're visiting friends or family, evict people illegally on grounds of rumors and gossip, then after losing court case illegally try to raise rent over $200 on tenant so they would be forced to move out, and to finish it off, they do the same thing to that tenants family that also lives in the complex.!!!!"
