"For several years I cleaned Apartments here. I witnessed a lot. Management would take control of people's apartment before loved ones can even be informed that their relative or friend had died. I became friends with one of the residents and helped him get to the store and get his groceries and take him to the bank and doctor's appointments, I also watched his dog when he went to the hospital and had to stay in a Nursery home for a short time. I was the only one he had to watch his dog, because this dog is a one owner dog and does not like other people so when he found out he had a fatal condition, he asked me if I would take his dog. I told him I would, even though I'm a cat person. He offered to give me everything in his apartment he had for doing it, he didn't have much but I knew it was a pride thing and I said yes but I wanted to give his personal belongings to his family. He told me he didn't want his family to have anything because they never wanted to help. He never had kids, so he was referring to his siblings long story short Linda the office manager seized control of the apartment would not let me get anything out of it including the dog. We had signed an agreement and gave to Linda the office manager before his last visit to the hospital which was his last. This woman took his dog to the Humane society!! She is a terrible person and she runs the show, I just want people to know that these are terrible people that run this place. They invade your privacy when you're not home, they take control of your property when you've passes, before your relatives can even get in...that's horrible!!. I don't recommend this place for a dog let alone a human being. I retrieved the dog from the Humane Society the next day and he is still with me."
"The people that run this are horrible people. I went there the other day to Deliver. groceries to a resident and they made me stand out in that little cuby place entrance, and just Totally ignored me when I asked if anybody Could let me? In and they totally just ignored me.then finally somebody opened a door so as I went in to get on the elevator 2 guys ran in and got in the elevator with me and was talking between each other and talking. About me like I wasn't even there made me so totally uncomfortable.and then I go and I deliver groceries to. The resident and when I go back down the elevator and I get out. There's some lady there that wanted to like yell at me. I guess.they are totally totally unprofessional.and they act like. They're like god's gift to the apartmants. People with so much power hunger that they just are horrible people. And they had the nerve to call and complain about me when they are the ones that dig what they did.they are just horrible people and if. You do not have to go there I would not advise it. I wouldn't even give one star actually."
"It's a great place to live. I'd do it again in a heartbeat."
"Frindly, knowledgeable staff. Clean, well kept apartments. Close to shopping."
"Management could be a bit nicer and more understanding. Hard to speak to tell something when you get interrupted constantly"
