This beautiful, gated community is quiet and peaceful and everyone we have met so far has been very friendly. The pool and workout facilities are clean and are a welcome added bonus. Kimberly (Pope) Shulman and her team go above and beyond to ensure the residents of Chalfant Grove are happy and satisfied. The few maintenance requests we had, were filled and taken care of immediately. We highly recommend Chalfant Grove and are glad to be able to call it home. It's a great place to retire!"

"Lived there in 2011 to 2013. Was beautiful and safe community. Friendly neighbors. Great owner and team handling the property. Kim took good care of us during our stay. Though it was still under construction for building more units back then, we were never bothered by the ongoing work. Great memories. If I have to come to that area again, this would be my first choice hands down."

It's a nice, safe, gated community that is quiet, yet close and very convenient to everything. Everyone is friendly. The standards are very high, so the property grounds always look immaculate. If there is ever a problem or something needs fixed, maintenance is very quick to respond and take care of the issue. I love having the workout room on site and look forward to the swimming pool this summer!"
