Kimberly (Pope) Shulman and her team go above and beyond to ensure the residents of Chalfant Grove are happy and satisfied. The few maintenance requests we had, were filled and taken care of immediately. We highly recommend Chalfant Grove and are glad to be able to call it home. It's a great place to retire!"

Though it was still under construction for building more units back then, we were never bothered by the ongoing work. Great memories. If there is ever a problem or something needs fixed, maintenance is very quick to respond and take care of the issue. I love having the workout room on site and look forward to the swimming pool this summer!"
