"This company has no integrity! I inquired about a house for rent in Marietta, Ohio. I received no response. I phoned and left a message and again, no response. I called again the following day and spoke to Austin (I believe) who referred to me as 'the lady with the cat', which meant he did receive my previous correspondence and chose to ignore me. He informed me that he did not believe the owner allowed pets, yet there was nothing in any of the ads on any of the real estate sites online that said anything about 'no pets' which is always stated, should that be the preference of the homeowner. He said he would call said homeowner and phone me back later that evening. Of course, he did not. Nor did he call the next day - today. I believe this is a young person and we are being discriminated against because he would rather rent to someone younger than we are. I plan to locate the owner of the home and speak to her myself. This is outrageous! I sold real estate back home in NYC for 2 years and never did we not call a potential renter back. I explained to this ignorant individual that we had resided at our present address for 6 1/2 years now and had been roommates for 15 1/2 years, as well. I told him I could provide a glowing landlord letter and am obsessively neat and clean. Nothing I said meant a thing. He used my eight year old cat as an excuse not to proceed any further. If the home was listed as 'no pets' I would understand. On Zillow where pets were concerned it merely stated 'contact management' which in no way means 'NO PETS'! I would not trust this company for any reason whatsoever. They are unscrupulous and completely unprofessional! BEWARE! I plan to file against them with the Better Business Bureau. It is hard enough finding a home these days, especially from a great distance without having to deal with rude, ignorant people like this!"

"The guy representing the business, shopping at Lowe’s is literally screaming and making a scene, because all registers arn’t open. If this is how he treats employees at other places, I can’t image having to work with him. Would not recommend anyone to be subjected to this behavior."

"Walk down Acme street, note a majority of their properties are in a state of utter decay. (Other than the new Hallmark and Office Supply) The level of arrogance and to be such pitiful stewards of the community."

"Not at all a good company to be employed by and you definitely don't want to hire these guys to do any type of construction or anything ever. Employees "milk" this company on every job and turn a week job into a 2 month job. They also take 2 hour lunch breaks and half a** everything they do. Stay far away from this circus, you want nothing to do with it."

Promanco is a very personable company to work with, and their maintenance staff is top notch!! Whenever a issue may arise they are quick to respond. You really get a great value for your money. I would highly recommend Promanco to anyone looking for a great place to live or work in the Marietta area."
