Comfort Suites Marietta-Parkersburg

"Booked a weekend for my parents, the front desk associate allowed them to get into a public pool that had not been properly maintenced as well as not being shocked "because they didnt have any" The pool and spa was cold and slimy and smelled of a pond. They got out immediately and the pool area was finally closed for the weekend. Rooms were not very clean. Super sad to see this because this used to be our go-to hotel when coming to marietta and never having a bad experience. But we will never be back after this"

"Easy off the interstate location. Night shift employees have always been polite and attentive, even when arriving after midnight! Hot breakfast is plentiful."

"Room was not comfort Inn clean. Shower soap dish had soap left in it. Front desk was amazing about having someone come clean, but Soap scum from another guest was still in the shower when we returned for the day. Stains on wall, pictures on walls not straight and some lamp shades are just wacky. Foot stools were just not centered and dresser drawers were open. Attention to detail was left out when this room was cleaned. It is really about the little details that makes the room clean and ready for the next guest. The house keeper didn't seem to care not once but twice. Price says 69.00, but 2 nights were almost 300.00"

"We needed something a little bigger than just a room with 2 beds. This suite was the perfect solution. Everything was very clean and the beds were decently comfortable. The pool water could've been slightly warmer, but overall we enjoyed using it. They had a lot of breakfast options to get the day started."

"The beds, pillows and blankets were comfortable! The facility was nice with big bathrooms, an amazing continental breakfast and 24 hour access to the pool and hot tub. The staff was so friendly and I really got my moneys worth! 10/10 RECOMMEND"
