Red Roof Inn Marietta

"We came here , a while back,during a dangerous time for our family, seeking a safe place to stay. My face was literally black from a malicious assault and battery. They ended up charging us a deposit. When I questioned Red Roof corporate I found out they don't generally do that and had only charged us a deposit fee of $100. Not the other people staying there.They were not cleaning rooms daily because of Covid 19. So when we left obviously there was crumbs and stuff from my kids. They did not provide me with a vacuum or broom so I could not clean it. The guy yelled at me in the parking lot that he wasn't giving me my deposit back and that we couldn't come back. I've worked as a hotel cleaner and must say these workers have to be lazy and delusional. They were just looking to charge us extra because their business was hurting because of covid and because we used a discounted price.They also likely profiled us as trouble due to my injuries. They wrongfully kept a deposit they were never supposed to charge. This hotel is not honest and you should stay far away from it. For real they should have returned our money for the embarrassing harrassment by the manager at the end of our stay. That's no way to treat women and children seeking help and safety. No real man would ever do that. It was pretty obvious with my injuries. Red roof inn should be ashamed. The owner and management of this place must be abused women haters. They sure act like it."

"AC filters were gross. There was dog hair on the floor, dust on the tables, cobwebs on the walls/ceiling, and not sure they use bleach in laundry. Other than that it was an inexpensive, bug-free, quiet place to stop for sleep."

"Well it's a DEFINITE gamble on the price every time you stay here not to mention if he finds even the tiniest thing dirty at checkout no matter if u cleaned entire room already he will approximately 90% to 100% of your anywhere to $100 to $300 DEPOSIT!! UNREAL!! NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL!! ACTUALLY VERY RUDE!!"

"This red roof is okay. There was rarely anyone at the front desk though as he was cleaning rooms. Sign out to call. Understaffed. No security. The guy was very friendly though. He sprayed my room that smelled like smoke."

"I think this is the cleanest tub I have ever seen at a hotel. The hairdryer was newer and also clean. The floors could of used mopped and this hotel had half carpet and half laminate floors. No breakfast but offered tea and coffee. Overall it was a good stay and will recommend."
