"I loved this job. It was great working here until the property manager that hired me quit. I loved the people, the work was easy (I was taking a break from Industrial maintenance to work here), and all of this made up for the lower pay (which honestly isn’t terrible for apt. maintenance). After the manager quit, things went downhill. They brought in temp manager after temp manager and the residents grew increasingly unhappy at the lack of company organization. I realized quickly that it’s just another company that prefers procedure and policy over the comfort of its residents. Once I figured that out, I couldn’t take it anymore."
