"EDIT AS OF JULY 2023: The current manager, I unfortunately can't remember her name, but as of now she is doing a wonderful job at maintaining everything and she is incredibly helpful, empathetic, efficient and kind. Gives me some peace of mind to know a good person is in charge of my living arrangement. Josh who is the current maintenance worker does a good job also. It's noisy. Management doesn't ever respond to complaints or maintenance requests that I've found. The parking lot is too small to accommodate all the cars, it's difficult to find a space. There are only 3 handicap parking spaces. The laundry room has 4 washers, 4 dryers, the laundry room isn't kept clean and neither are the machines. It's over priced for what you get. There is no central air, and running the electric heaters in the winter is very expensive. There is very little storage space in the 2 bedroom apartments vs the one bedrooms. Most of the outlets don't work, there is paint all over the baseboards from when the apartment got repainted. People leave trash all over the dumpster area. There are a lot of good people that live here but the bad ones don't get reprimanded for their delinquency which ruins it for a lot of us. Management is only here 3 days a week, for 4 hours of those days which is 8 am to 12 pm, the time of day most people are at work. There are only emergency numbers posted that you are not supposed to call unless there is a fire, your water heater blew up, etc etc. If it's a bank holiday, they will not be here even if it's a "holiday" that is predominantly not observed. The lawn care people have damaged my flowers, and the parking lot and side walks are barely tended to in the winter. I had to shovel and salt the entire sidewalk to the parking lot several times this winter. I'd leave, but I can't afford to move. The amount I pay for rent is crippling me because of how everything has gone up in price. Oh, and when you recertify they ask you to fill out a sheet of your monthly expenses and they don't actually factor that in when considering what to charge you for rent. Overall, I wouldn't reccomend moving here. It is not what it was promised to be."

"I applied here. Im in a shelter with my daughter. I paid 20 for the background check. When I called she said I was denied because I have a mistameanoer from 2018. She also spoke with the shelter I'm at and she told them my old land lord said I was always late on my rent and that he would never rent to me again which wasn't true I spoke with him and he never said any of that. He told me she asked a bunch of questions about my personal life. I feel I was discriminated against and I will be getting ahold of an attorney."

"Two bedrooms only. Upstairs which I wanted all one floor I have COPD. Small kitchen barely any counter room. No central air. Half the plugs don't work. No washer dryer hook up. So far it's been quiet which I like. Don't bother me I won't bother you."
