"Great place to stay! You can tell the owners take pride in their rooms. Had a nice homey feel. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Was not expecting to find this level of excellence for the low price. Will definitely be staying there again in the future."
"My family and I stayed in this hotel while we're waiting for our new houses to be ready, and it was a wonderful experience. I would recommend it to anyone!!! The owners are fantastic people, they take awesome care of the rooms. their spacious and super super clean!! it's very affordable and I would stay here again if I ever needed to!! highly highly recommend this little gem of a motel!!!!"
"There were flies everywhere as soon as we got the room, you couldn't walk around the room without shoes on because the carpet is sticky and stained, and the toilet was leaking and gets clogged really easily. The people were nice."
"This old rider / writer for 60.5 Finding God stayed with with Neal and Kim for a month in their freshly remodeled Room #5. I found the place to be quiet, clean and a welcoming place to return to after a hard day. Room was kept cleaner than a hungry man's plate after dinner and even on the coldest night warmth is the operative word. Retro is the theme here but the coffee is always fresh, hot and plentiful. Neal's skills in restoring the place speak for themselves and Kim would have to be cloned twice over to be a better hostess. God bless you both. You guys are the greatest."
"I would not recommend this to anyone. While I was a guest I seen drugs,drug para and used needles in the parking lot and outside my room. Also, room next door leaked for 2-3 weeks without being taken care of and carpet in 1/2 of my room was wet all the time. I was also accused of stealing blankets and pillows and towels. I did not because I had my own pillows and towels and there was not a blanket on the bed. It was not a clean motel. Never any hot water to take a shower. Lots of drug activity going on! I did not feel safe. Cops were called 3 times in one week."
