"Nothing was worked out sir whomever this is because if it had we'd still be there. As far as working with us when I talked to you about everything that happened and I tried to fixed before things happened the way they did I never got a response from your lead instructor not once. I'm not about about in the beginning yea I give yall credit for that I'm speaking on the last two months. Communication is key funny when I told you all this to your face your response was the system is going to stay that way until it's paid. I told you I understood the business part and that I was going to take care of it. You did what you did which is also understandable because it's business. But you also showed you care only about money again I'm only speaking about our experience that's what it is period. I also told you for two months I reached out to your lead instructor with no response I understand my part but it's also you all part. But we're good and will continue to be. So you have a good one lol. This is my last response because I don't like to argue or be told how to think or feel. Communication is key in the beginning not end best of luck to you."

"As a former student I gave 5 stars originally but just recently had to change it to one. Communication with staff is extremely poor. I understand business side of things but it doesn't mean anything without the correct communication. It shouldn't take 2 to 3 months to get a response about an issue that could've been avoided. Bad communication will destroy any relationship. At this point it seems like everything is extremely commercial. All the graduation seminars seems like a belt was just given to me. I understand I worked for it but when everything became commercial I felt it was a fail on all parties. I feel seminars was just to get more people to join instead really mastering the techniques. I don't care about the color of the belt the belt doesn't win fights it's all about technique. Somewhere down the line they dropped the ball due to being more commercial which I've lost a ton of respect. Hopefully they get it together and this is basically my opinion and experience. I've also saved my review in case they take it down. Which from that point I'll see how the BBB reacts to that. No response is needed so to whomever decides to respond it's no longer needed. Again my experience and opinion from what my son and I went through. Much respect lost!!!"

"*updating as the issue has been resolved. As stated below the facility and instructors are great. I just ask that cancellation/termination policy be verbally expressed when a client informs staff of departure. I would love to leave a 5 star review because the instructors here are great. We attended PMA-Decatur for 1 year until we moved from the area. It’s been 3 months and they still have my card on file and are charging me a service I’m no longer using. I reached out numerous times and was told I would be contacted. I wanted to avoid disputing the charge on my card b/c I would probably have to get a new card. Here we are another month no services and another charge. Be sure if you leave to have them remove you from their system. Very disappointing that I had to leave a 1 star because of lack of communication from the owners. I guess my next stop is BBB"

"Mr. Kevin is the GREATEST!!! He always making sure each student is getting all the help they need before during and after class. My son looks up to him as a super hero and we love him!"

"My son has been attending PMA for about 6 months, and it's been great to see his growth. I had been a little concerned about how he would do when I signed him up because he has ADHD. However, the structure and routine has been good for him, and I have definitely seen his focus during class improve. I appreciate that the students are also taught aspects of character, like responsibility and having a positive self-concept. The instructors are kind and encouraging, while also holding the students to standards. It has been a really positive experience for my son, and I highly recommend them!"
