"Just called looking for some information regarding the program for my child. The woman who answered the phone is extreme rude with no customer service skills. Also I asked if there was a after school program and was told there wasn’t but if you look on their website is shows numerous photos that are LABELED after school program. As a black personal I always want to support black businesses but they attitude issues is unreal and this was another example of the non sense I don’t want to be involved in."
