Atlanta Krav Maga & Fitness is a health institution located at 9105 Hickory Flat Highway in Woodstock, Georgia, United States. Our Krav Maga classes are designed to help everyday men and women master the skills of self-defense and face life with more confidence than ever before. We focus on instinctual skills and effective strategies for all skill levels, teaching simple self-defense techniques that can be used against real-world threats, including armed attackers.
In addition to Krav Maga classes, we offer Kids Martial Arts classes to teach children bully prevention and self-defense skills, while instilling values like respect, discipline, confidence, and leadership. Our Combat Fitness classes provide a challenging and fun workout experience unlike any other in Woodstock.
Since 2004, our mission has been to provide the highest quality self-defense instruction to our local community. We do not believe in handing out ranks to students simply for payment, but instead focus on real training with real results. Our instructors are highly skilled and create a welcoming and safe environment for all students.

"I’ve been going to this school for almost 2 years. I’ve grown and learned so much from here that I don’t even think the instructors know how much they’ve done for me. The training and fitness aspect is the real deal. They have the most experienced instructors who are certified and who have been trained by the best. No moving you up levels or pushing the next belt if you’re not ready. It has a family feel which I can speak for most students is something that’s extremely important. You will never feel left behind or not get the attention you need that some of big schools leave out. If you want to learn real life self-defense, focus mitt holding, strength training, cardio (combat fitness), ground moves, etc. this is THE place. I promise you will never look back."
