"Tim was great and the gun safety session was extremely informative. My favorite part was the shooting practice drills. I was a bit nervous in the beginning due to lack of shooting experience, but Tim was really supportive and encouraging. "I contacted Coweta County Sheriffs Office regarding taking a safety class for firearms. They referred me to OSS Tactical due to them not having any classes available for the rest of the year. I was a little skeptical doing so, but the website has a lot of supporting information, and Tim shows his experience with photos. I contacted OSS Tactical and Tim responded immediately and was very clear and concise on what to expect for this training. Upon arrival, he had the classroom set up, had a great, informative PowerPoint presentation everything from fundamentals of safety, to cleaning, to how to stand and breathe. I feel like I got my moneys worth with this training and I left feeling confident how to safely use a weapon. I liked how he had us at the range for practice, then competed a little, and showed us different ways to shoot. He is not condescending in any way; I felt comfortable there and I enjoyed the small individualized class size and his willingness to stay in touch for any questions that we might have for the future. Highly recommend for anyone looking to take class for familiarization. I think he offers advanced classes too. He even allowed us to practice with one of his own firearms because we did not have two, we just had to have the ammunition (which was totally fine).
