"horrible staffing my first appointment the nurse didnt take record of any of my vitals the thermometer was dead and she stated" im sure youre fine" no ultrasound was given AT ALL. i recently visited triage in which they told me to do a follow up appointment immediately with my obgyn, when i called to do the follow up i was told i would have to wait for my actual appointment which was set for a month later and was immediately hung up on. it was unsanitary during lab and in the actual rooms with trash on the floors. it seems that there is absolutely no concern for patients at all. I 100% would NOT recommend this office at all"

"I am a patient of Ramsey wonderful doctor But on the other hand their front desk is terrible I called in yesterday just to ask for a quote. On a service For a friend I recommended doc Ramsey And disrespectfully, I was told that they couldn’t give me a quote if I was not the patient I ask why not ? She said I was not the patient And couldn’t help !!! And she got a very nasty attitude When I said I don’t need to be the patient for a quote no personal information needs to be exchange. Rude staff !! It really could have been sorry we don’t offer quote as simple as that !!!! This is not. The first review I read on the front desk !!!!"

"Everytime I call I’m getting sent to people who can’t even help me so why even have the call transferred to them?? Beware of this place and doctor George she is mean and doesn’t listen to your symptoms she’s rarely available and really just does she wants as a whole if you know what’s good for you pick another gynecologist they don’t care about you or your needs here I been trying to get in with this office since March 2023 and everytime it’s a issue I have a better chance with the emergency room. It’s sad such rude people are even employed at such a big company I bet yall don’t even know how many customers yall ran away. Just know if I ever have a concern that doesn’t get met and something happens to me I’ll be sure my mom sue this place. Hours are 8-5 I just called 4:40 and the phones are down for the day. Lunch from 12-1 I call at 1 phones still down I’m sick of being treated like my health doesn’t matter"

"B E W A R E The best visit we had was the first visit. So if you expect consistent good service go somewhere else. So far they have scheduled us the wrong appointment THREE times. As a dad who is trying to be present for all important appointments it's IMPOSSIBLE because I CANNOT get approved for every appointment due to work. Not to mention my partners lost hours because we both took off and we often share a car like lots of working class folks. So when I do get the chance and they have dropped the ball and WASTED my time and money to check a heartbeat and get me "in and out" in 45 minutes, when it was SUPPOSED to be an Ultrasound, I probably can't make the important one. With the hours they have youre basically losing 3x money every visit. One to pay a co-pay and the other for the work missed and one for the appointment they have to schedule to compensate for their incompetence. The Mid-wives are pleasant and helpful but aren't always helpful when they don't have the information they need. Definitely seeking a different option when my child is born unless something changes, which i would be shocked to see."

"I really want to give 5 stars because Dr. Byrd and Dr. Ramsey are the best! I have been a patient here for a little over a year now and thankfully I haven't experienced any rude behavior from the front desk staff cause I will get rude back!! I will say that when the doctors are backed up one of the front desk staff should at least announce that! I checked in early for an appointment and became uncomfortable after sitting over a hour to be called back (I am 2 weeks post op)I had to go to the desk to find out they were behind. I thought about cancelling because I was getting uncomfortable and in some pain but I stayed . My appointment was at 2:10 and I didn't leave till about 4:30. I've worked in a busy office Tallahassee Orthopedic Clinic to be exact and when when we was made aware by the staff of the doctors that they were behind we would immediately go to the front lobby and make everyone aware of which doctor is behind and give them the opportunity to continue to wait or reschedule. I understand that it gets hectic in doctors office and each patient's need is different, but I think it would be helpful to inform the waiting patients. It will relieve tension in the lobby and it will be much appreciated. As I mentioned I just had surgery and sitting that long definitely did not feel good. Overall I'm glad I switched here and again I love both Dr Byrd and Dr Ramsey! They have been wonderful during this process!"
