"I travel a lot and rarely post reviews. If you are ever in Chattanooga, you have to come here. Taco Mamacita has some of the best tacos around. Their unique twist on the ingredients makes them stand out from the rest. Our server was very knowledgeable and gave me a tip to use queso between the soft and hard shell of the Taco Royale. My tastebuds are forever grateful! The manager even came by to welcome us for our first visit to the restaurant. My favorite taco was the Sloppy Jose, but everything I ordered was divine."

"SERVICE: Ian & Steven were behind the bar and both were fantastic. Super friendly and informative. VENUE: Plenty of good beers on tap. Indoor/Outdoor seating. Relaxing, open space. Friendly, prompt service. Plenty of parking. FOOD: I did the $10.99 lunch special: 2 tacos + 1 side. Ordered the Oy Vey (brisket) and Hot Chicken tacos, upon recommendation. Was also advised to try the chipotle cream sauce. All was delicious. TALK: Talk about opening new location near Hamilton Place mall summer 2024 and temporarily closing this location for renovations. Apparently rumors have been around for a few years but the deal is getting close to closing."

"Not sure how this place has such high reviews. They must be from people who have never had authentic Mexican in their life. The nachos are slightly better than Taco Bell. The Fresh Guac NOW was very small. The Peruvian HALF chicken must have been from a baby chicken cause it was also small portion. The tacos were portioned well but still okay tasting. The Mexican street corn, rice and plantains were yummy."

"Some of the combinations sound weird for a taco , but it is on a flour tortilla so if you would try it as a wrap sandwich just try it. Food was tasty. My hubby had the Peruvian chicken and the breast was juicy!"
