"This was the best experience I've had since coming here. The front desk was attentive and informative. She didn't let me leave without either scheduling my follow-up appointment or specialist appointments. The nurse have a pleasant attitude and had light yet inviting conversations and the nurse practioner was attentive, informative and engaging"
"Had an appointment, arrived on time with paperwork completed online prior to appointment. Checked in and the receptionist said she didn't see the paperwork, so I had to do it all again as I waited. Got called back to by the nurses within a reasonable time only to then wait in the room for over a hour to be seen by the doctor. Eventually went out to make sure I wasn't forgotten about."
"I am so diI am so disappointed with this office. My appointment was at 2:30. I checked in at 2:00. People were coming in the door and going in the back before me, even though I was first. I heard a man say that his appointment was for 3:00. 2 minutes later, he was walking into the back to be seen. I looked at the time and it was 3:05. I asked the receptionist why I was still sitting there. She said the nurses probably forgot to call me. Long story short, the nurses said the receptionist forgot to check me in. I don't know exactly how this works, but if you can't do your job professionally and accurately, then you do not need to be in the health field. People's lives are on the line."
"They have went downhill since they were Eagles Landing, and be careful of what tests the doctor asked you to take. They will ask you to take test and you ask them why the doctor will still ask you to take them and your insurance will not pay for them because they are unnecessary tests. They will perform unnecessary test to increase your bill. When you asked to speak to billing about this, it is just a circle of runaround and you will never actually speak to a supervisor. And they seem to not be able to tell you who the medical Director is. In response to owner. I have already contacted your facility. And even spoke to the people in your finance department. Your finance department literally told me to refuse care, which I thought was very interesting that a nonmedical person will tell you to refuse care from a doctor. I just hate the way that this company is going since it has stopped being Eagles Landing. The new staff isn't even courteous. They tend to be rude. There was a nurse working on the weekend that was incredibly rude to the point where I had to bite my tongue from responding to her and calm down."
"Came in as a walk in. They said they couldn't see me. Too busy. That's fine. A smart business would have tried to get my information, schedule an appointment. I normally go to the facility in Stockbridge. But I realized this location was closer. Oh well. I won't be going back. They seemed not to care if I was a customer or not."
