"The absolute worst! This office doesn’t value your time as their patient. I arrived before my scheduled appointment. I was not seen until an hour over. And it literally took the doctor less than a minute to visit with us. I’m not exaggerating. I timed when he walked in and out."

"Terrible service, they never call to remember the appointment, if you arrive early they make you wait between 30 to 60 minutes and sometimes even more! I arrived 5 minutes after my appointment time, and I called to let them know that I was in traffic because there had been an accident and when I arrived with my 4-month-old baby they told me that they couldn't see me and that they had appointments available until 2 months later! which has no logic. They are terrible in this place. At the reception they have a lot of mess and the nurse is not professional at all. And at reception they are quite rude and unfriendly. I definitely do not recommend this place."

"I gave two stars because I love the doctor here. He’s such a sweet gentle soul. The reason for the low ranking is the awful wait time and the rude front desk employees. It doesn’t matter if you schedule an appointment because either way you’ll sit in the waiting room for ages and then once a room opens up you have to wait forever to see the doctor. We waited an hour after our appointment time and finally just had to leave because my 4 month old was inconsolably crying at this point. We were offered no apology. We were asked if we wanted to reschedule to which I told her we would call back. Again, no apology was offered for our wasted time, just “we’re booked until May”. We will never go back here."
