Mrs. Ruby is an angel too! She's always teaching me something new and really informative and friendly and full of energy. I love our encounters. She always makes me feel like I know and fully understand everything. I only have a couple wks left with you guys but you've been so good to me and my baby. Thank you for all your hard work!!"

"I scheduled an appointment for an ultrasound and a diabetic teaching. The day of my appointment I was informed that the lady who does diabetic teachings was not in the office that day, she was at another location. I asked to reschedule so that I could do both my ultrasound and diabetic teaching on the same day. The day of my appointment I go in, while having my ultrasound, I was informed my insurance would not pay for both things to happen on the same day and that I had to come back for my diabetic teaching. I rescheduled and upon arrival was informed, very rudely, in front of everyone in the office, that instead of being there at 9, I should have been there at 8:30. Even though my appointment card, email, and call to confirm said that my appointment was at 9:00. I was treated as if I was irresponsible and being a pain for showing up at the wrong time. I will not return to this office."

"This office Sucks, drive away from Conyers location Atlanta Perinatal office and receive treatment somewhere else. 2 visits 2 different doctors, 2 different diagnosis my daughter and I are so confused, we need professional help!!! It's so disappointing to put trust into professional and receive nothing. The front desk lady is sweet and the black,nurse the rest of the office should be Replaced Doctors and all!!! Never Again will we go to this place.I have to just Trust God and not Man"

"This practice is absolutely unprofessional. One healthcare professional to the other in unaware of your medical history. They look at you and ask what they should have reviewed within your medical record PRIOR to walking into your room. The wait times are ridiculious. The ask you for medical documents that they should have upon arrival at an appointment that they schedule. THE LEVEL OF COMMUNICATION IS "0" I feel like I am receiving HEALTH DEPARTMENT CARE and that I am being punished for a high risk condition. IF I WERE YOU I WOULD NOT TAKE MYSELF OR MY UNBORN LIFE THERE! I wished someone would have warned me."

"I am extremely disappointed with this doctor's office and the staff. This is my first baby and I have had horrible customer service from the staff and the office gives you a feeling that you are at a poverty stricken, run down, government assistance office. They are absolutely no pictures on any of the walls which will help with combating the feeling that Im at a government assistance location. The staff are not friendly, when you walk in they do not greet you or make you feel as if you are welcome. Shameka needs to take a few customer service classes because while she is not the only one who portrays this, she is at the front desk so it will be beneficial for her to take as well as the patients that interacts with her. Rhonda is usually nice but for some unapparent reason she was rude, obnoxious and very combative towards me today. I assume that it is due to me informing them that the wait times are abnormal. I would schedule a 8:00 appointment(first patient) and I wont be seen until 8:30 the longest wait time was an hour which conveys to me that they are not considerate of other's times. When this topic came up, because she told me I was be impatient because I was on the monitoring machine for 30 mins(despite telling me to stay on for 20 mins) and the machine was failing to detect my baby's heart beat, she said that I was impatient because I got out of the chair to tell someone that the machine was not detecting the baby's heartbeat. She said I "messed up" the monitoring which is mind boggling to me ,because I waited after the 20 mins that she instructed ( 30 mins to be exact) to notify someone that the machine was NOT detecting the baby's heart beat. She then became very combative with me and was extremely rude in front of the entire office. The assistant manager came in and while she was able to diffuse the situation, the damage was already done. They do not explain anything to you, I have yet to get any good sonogram pictures of my baby, and the staff is rude. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I wish someone would have told me this prior. I have 5 more weeks until my baby's due date and I refuse to go back to this location. I will inquire about going to another location since they have multiple locations."
