"Over the course of my pregnancy, delivery, and thereafter, I was always frustrated by the customer service. Many of the midwives are really wonderful, but the difficultly of dealing with the front desk and out-of-office service is why I'll consider going to a different practice in the future. You can rarely get anyone on the phone, it's typically a "leave a message and we'll call back", to which the nurse and service call back rate was about 50%. I referred my sister to Providence and she had so much difficulty setting up her first appointment, and received such bad service after her miscarriage, that she went to another provider. Ultimately - the midwife who delivered my child was amazing in a difficult unmedicated birth, and the post-delivery care with a different midwife was also empathetic and supportive. It's a shame that the customer service is such a hindrance to receiving this care."

"These ladies are on point. I've never had a long wait. They are not unnecessarily invasive and are friendly to naturally-minded moms. Staff are friendly, inviting and professional. I feel at home."
