"They don’t respond to portal messages. If you’re having an emergency, they do not follow up. Very hard to get someone on the phone to make an appointment let alone to speak to a medical professional. You arrive for your appointment on time but won’t be seen for an hour. Very bad experience causing me to find another OBGYN office ."
"This place is horrible. The receptionist hangs up on you when calling, they're completely unprofessional. Although it's said that Dr. Sun is good, she has you waiting for hours when going to your TIMED APPOINTMENT, THAT THEY WANT YOU TO BE ON ⏲️ FOR. Also if you decline an appointment Dr. Sun sends a refusal to give patient care no matter how far in your pregnancy you are. They've stated Susan- Holland also has a hand in the refusal to give patient care. Stay far away from this office. The office coordinator Lea is also very rude and does not know the position she holds on decision making nor does she know the law."
"I gave birth and had a great experience 2 years ago. Last week I went back for a check up and the staff was not as friendly as before. They held me hostage for an error from my insurance and now that I’m trying to get it fixed my insurance is even saying they were wrong for how they treated me. They were supposed to open a claim and get this resolved with the insurance."
"I’ve been taking my mom for her annual exam here for years. Most of the staff we’ve encountered over the years have been pleasant to deal with. The wait however has just been ridiculous every single time, and it keeps getting worse. It’s very frustrating to show up at least 15 mins early for your appointment, and finally get called in over an hour later. Appointment was at 3 pm; we finally got called in around 4:30 pm. Yes I get emergencies come up, but every single time? We were the only ones left in the waiting room after everyone else that arrived after had been called in for their appt. We also waited another 20-30 mins after being called in to finally see the doctor. My mom likes her doctor but the time management or lack thereof for appointments here is quite unacceptable. I also checked in online and updated info to save time, but jokes on me because I still had to provide same updated info once arrived. This is all getting so irritating and it’s such a shame."
"If you’re looking to establish with an OB/GYN clinic, stop looking. EVERYONE in this office - all of the MDs, the front desk staff, the MAs, the clinical coordinator, the scheduler, they are all beyond lovely. In the last 2 weeks, I’ve been seen by multiple providers and they’re all so thorough and kind. They have incredible bedside manner. They’re so knowledgeable and your healthcare is a collaborative effort between yourself and your provider. I’ve had a rough 2 weeks and I could not be any more thankful for everyone that has helped care for me - especially Dr. Honore, Dr. Soufi, and Dr. Creed. It’s hard to find one provider where you feel safe and heard and advocated for, never mind an entire practice. 10/10 EDIT: Some reviews complain about the wait time. And you will likely wait. But it’s because they will squeeze you in to a slammed schedule for an urgent concern instead of making you wait to be seen for a week, and when they are with you in your appt they don’t rush, they answer all of your questions, they take the time to curate a care plan with you. They’re exceptional providers."
