"Very unprofessional. They’ve taken over 20 days to respond to a pharmacy request for a birth control change, when the change was initiated without my consent in the first place. They rarely answer the phone, and leave you on hold for extended periods of time. Would not recommend. Update: to add insult to injury, they hung up after putting me on hold for over 15 minutes AGAIN, then finally, I’m being told that the Dr changed my birth control because of my migraines. A note was left but no one ever called me back to let me know. I’ve been on the same birth control for over 10 years and have discussed my migraines with her during my visit to let her know they do not affect one another in my case. This place is honestly unforgivable, do not waste your time, effort or money coming to these unprofessional and inefficient individuals. I’ll be looking for another OBGYN that actually cares for its patients, hope you do too."
