"I would give them a -0 if I could. Very unprofessional staff. My appointment was changed without my knowledge. No one called or emailed me about the time changed. My appointment time went from 11 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. I work in the evenings so I had to reschedule due to there mistake or whatever issues they had at the time. However, because I could not make a 3:15 p.m. appointment her available next wasn't until Nov. 27th. They made no effort to accommodate me with an earlier appointment or another appointment at an earlier time or day that would have worked with my schedule. No thanks, I'll find another doctor that has responsible staff members."

"Dr. Cierny is not my primary doctor, but was the doctor on call who delivered my baby. When she arrived to my room, she discovered my baby was breech, I was fully dilated, and I would need to have a c-section immediately. She made what was a scary and emotional situation for me feel safe. She also took a minute to comfort me upon hearing this news, which helped me prepare for the process ahead. I also saw Dr. Cierny for my post-partum visit, and she was outstanding then too. She's an amazing doctor who takes the time to communicate and empathize with her patients. I would highly recommend her."
