"Dr Marshall was very professional and kind throughout my experience. The entire staff is attentive, knowledgeable and the team you want when at Northside. Specifically want to call out the best ultrasound techs. In my case, I credit one of the techs for identifying an issue early and helping save my pregnancy. My only qualm was at the time of my unexpected birth they were transitioning to a new approach where they were using doctors within the larger network (AWHG) not just this practice. The practice had a process where you’d meet all the doctors because any one of them could deliver your baby(ies) but when it came to my delivery it ended up being an unknown doctor in the larger network. Don’t get me wrong a great doctor but if you really want to know whose delivering your baby may want to find a smaller practice. There was also a change in their payment processing which added headache during an already stressful time. I don’t think that’s a reflection on the practice and it’s staff more a reflection on the larger Atlanta Women’s Health Group."
