"Dr benson is terribly rude. I wouldn’t dare let her deliver my baby. I don’t understand how she’s even still open. You can clearly see as soon as you walk in her office is out of date. No organization to her paperwork. The receptionist was the only good thing about the office. She confused my appointment. I was there almost 2 hours and didn’t get anything done. There’s no staff just her. But the location say it all. Located in the ghetto so how could I expect anything else"

"Hmm, kinda surprised to see some of these reviews. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Benson for almost 2 years. When I had an abnormal pap and wanted to ask questions, I left a message and she called me within 24 hours. I expected 24-48. When I needed to request a refill, I left a message and she called me back…explaining that I also needed to schedule my annual that would be in 4 months. She is straight and to the point! Dr. Benson was also respectful, cordial, and professional!!"

"Inside the office is like a time warp, everything looks like it is still 1976. The office needs updated technology to move appointments faster. I received no follow up and I am still having the same issues 1 year later. I went for my annual Pap smear. Dr. Borders was nice but just really slow service as well."
