"Wait time is ridiculous. My appointment was at 10am, arrived 15 minutes early like they requested and was told to wait in my car until my room was available. I sat in my car for a total of 45 mins until I got a call and when I finally got into the room, I waited an extra 30 minutes and was not seen until 11am. Darlene the NP was great which is why it wasn’t totally bad. Just need to improve how long they keep patients waiting."

"I love Dr. Hudson and all of her staff. I have a great experience every time I come in. The only issues I've had have been with billing. They don't use mychart or allow online payments.The billing department is also nonexistent. I attempted to pay via check once and they never received it. Called billing several times, emailed, left messages, nothing. Only response I got was from the front desk. I eventually just took the L and paid again over the phone."

"I paid my bill ($150) at time of service. I do not have insurance so the entire amount was due at time of service. The entire appointment was just a short chat with the gynecologist. No treatments were given, no medications prescribed, just a consultation. I have emailed them 3 times, I have left a voicemail, and still it is not resolved. I was so impressed with the in office experience but this billing is ridiculous. There is no way I owe them MORE money for a 15 minute conversation."
