"Dr Turrentine and Candace couldn’t have been more helpful. I was in the middle of getting Covid, and my daughter reached out to Dr Turrentine and his staff. Candace called us back within a few hours and couldn’t have been more helpful, she was on the phone with me for 20 min and had my medicines needed to treat the Covid called in to the pharmacy within minutes. The follow up calls from Candace and Dr Turrentine were amazing they sincerely cared. I developed a rash 2 weeks later and sent them pictures they again immediately reassured me it was a Covid rash and called in some medications that would help. I feel blessed that God sent me such an amazing team to get me through the Covid, I will be eternally grateful for all their compassion and thoroughness when treating me. Thank you!!! "I have referred many friends to this office from another friend’s recommendation. Well, in my families time of need, I called today for treatment. Someone by the name of Candace called me back. She called me by the wrong patients name and was rude from the beginning. She made several statements that were brash, condescending and her entire demeanor was not one I was expecting. Her final statement to me was, “well, I’m calling you back now and it’s still today. I’ve got lots of other people to call back.” I told her she must be really overwhelmed and it seemed as if her bedside manner would be a little more kind when dealing with sick patients. She said, “we will take you off our list” and hung up on me! I’ve waiting for a call back since 10am and this is how they treat people? Because, wife and I both Got covid and this Doctor does not bow down to Biden or Fauci or big Pharma. We Got the meds we needed. I Tha k God for working through this man to help those in need!.
