"I had to take my daughter here for a spinal tap and blood work today. Her past 2 spinal taps were a nitemare and she swore no more. Unfortunately a spinal tap is something she has to have done a couple of times a year to relieve pressure off of her brain and eyes. We found a new neurologist in Dalton that practices at the Hamilton hospital and she sent us for the procedure to be done. We drive from north carolina to Dalton ga and I want to say I have never seen a group of dr.s or nurses so wonderful as the ones at Hamilton. I mean from the lady that greeted us when we walked in the door to the girl that checked us in. The lady that came and took us back. Then the nurse that took over from there along with the young girl in training. Not to mention the dr. The best. Then to get blood drawn. She couldn't have been any better. This procedure went so perfect. On the way home my daughter started talking about how bright colors were to her so I pulled over and let her look at the mountains and water while we shed some tears of happiness. The smile on her face that I have not seen in awhile. I want Hamilton to know you have the best staff we have ever dealt with. I am so thankful for all of you that we came in contact with today that has made this procedure worth every moment. I thank God for all of you for the tears of joy and smiles we received today. Everyone of you deserve the best in life for giving us the best. Much love to you all!"

"I am just a few hours home from having a lumbar puncture done at this facility. While it was my first experience with them, I have had 100s lumbar punctures and I have to come here to say that I have NEVER had a better experience! From the check-in, registration, nurses, Dr. Miner, too labs...everyone was so caring and wonderful! I drove from Murphy NC for them and will definitely be back! It's saying a lot too leave there with a smile from a lumbar puncture!! Thank you!"

"I was in this place for all of 20 minutes, all I had done was a CT scan, this cost me over $1,500. Afterwards I found out that the doctor I was getting the CT scan for could have done it himself for 75 dollars. I am now going to court over the money I owe them, my advice to whoever reads this is to avoid the Hamilton diagnostic center at all costs, any test they run can be done through a doctor's office for literally a fraction of the price"

"i took my sonto his X-rays today and it was extremely hot and uncomfortable in the lobby. There seems to be no working ac and they fans they have in there make the place look cheap and the poor staff look miserable."

"Unfortunately I've had to see them several times in the last 6 months, for MRI, MRA, EEG, and ultrasound. Every single visit the staff has been kind, compassionate, and happy to answer any questions I've had. Once I did show up and there had been a scheduling error, but they fit me in. It seems to me that they've assembled a great team."
