"I’ve been taking my granddaughter there since she was 5 ,never really happy with this place but it’s hard to find a dentist that takes Medicaid. Some of the experience’s I’ve dealt with: I drive a 30 mile trip to the office for an appointment and it’s closed there were 3 other families there for an appointment also ,we all had reminder text from them of our appointment but none of they would be closed ( one parent left her job early to make the appointment) Then I drive for an appointment on 1/19/24 and set there for about 25 minutes and they tell me they have to have my custody order before they can see her and never ask for them before so once again a 60 mile trip wasted! I hate this place!!"

"Dr Ricky and Alicia were my daughters team today, they allowed me to head back to the operating room with my daughter who was nervous about the procedure begin preform today. They were caring, very considerate and allowed me to ask all the questions I needed to ask. They were a very patient duo. The Dentist and his assistant calmed her and put her at ease during the process. I would recommend anyone to Franklin dental."

"Awful experience. I took my daughter to an appointment at this office yesterday. I have primary custody of her, but her mother was also there. The person who did they X-rays came out to talk to us and would barely even bring himself to make eye contact with me or even look in my direction even when I was asking him direct questions. He instead kept looking at my daughter's mother and only asking her questions. He told us that one of us could go back with her while they tried to do a cleaning. He automatically assumed her mother would go back, and he looked very confused when I said I would actually be going back with her. It's unfortunate that the staff here seem to have some deeply held prejudice and bias against fathers, which is both unprofessional, as well as incredibly disrespectful. Ultimately, this was a very negative experience for me, and worse, for my daughter as well. I could keep going, as that is just one of my numerous complaints about this place, but needless to say, I will never, under any circumstances, waste my time with the narrow-minded, bigoted staff at this office ever again. I definitely would not recommend. Just read all the reviews. They are overwhelmingly negative for a reason!"

"Dr Ricky was really good, I didn’t even feel the shot. He put some good music for me to relax while he was doing my feelings. Assistant Alicia was really amazing because she was so helpful and grateful grateful because she was great!!!!"
