Farmers Insurance - Jessica Corallo

"I have several policies with Jessica Corallo and couldn't be more pleased! She mailed me a proposed renewal for my home that had many options a couple of months ahead of time and invited me to call her to go over them with me. I don't remember any other agent doing that in all the decades that I've owned homes. I called her with a lot of questions since there were many options for exactly what items to insure: jewelry, full rebuild cost vs. 80% of that (which is standard), extra mold coverage, etc. and how I wanted to insure my home and some individual items: "full replacement" value vs. "actual cost" value...when they use depreciated value. Jessica took the time to explain every detail and happily broke down the various costs for each of the choices for me to compare them and choose. She was extrememly patient.She helped me realize that instead of paying $71 more for an extra $5,000 to cover jewelry, I could pay less than that to insure my home for a $250,000 higher amount in case of a total loss. She is always "there" when I have questions throughout the year and efficiently enters exactly what I want to change into the system to take effect immediately. Jessica definitely custom tailors each of my policies to fit what I need. She is a great advocate for her clients, too. I was actually excited about the new policy with we ended our call. She also expertly advised me when I was deciding whether to file a claim. Once I realized that I needed to turn it in, she handled in a matter of minutes for me. I highly recommend her!!!"
