"Needed an atomizer, battery and wicks. The owner was servicing me. She rang up my purchase (~$40) and I attempted to put it together. Turns out I was sold the wrong things. It was an honest mistake and we were both confused! She called for help, figured out the problem and made me whole. She didn't charge me an additional amount for this either, even though the alternative product was more expensive. That is incredibly fantastic customer service!"
