"Well staff and bather was really nice, but my Great Pyrenees mix coat was cut even though I scheduled a puppy bath and brush. Only thing supposed to be cut was the sanitary parts and that didn’t even happen. He is shaved on his sides, tail is patchy and so is the top part. I added a luxury add on, I did not get the cologne spritz or the bandana. Will not go back."

You can even take your pets into the store with you shopping, on leash. The staff was very well knowledgeable in everything we had questions about or would help find out.
