"This location was my go-to coffee stop. Now it's changed management/staff that call you honey, baby, sweetheart everytime you go inside. They have 2 coffee containers. Regular and Columbian. Stopped this morning and it's now Exclusive and peppermint. What about your regulars that have been loyal? You no longer carry what they drink?"

"So... I didn't actually go in. However, my girlfriend did when we stopped for gas. She came back sprinting to the car, saying it smelled like a rotting corpse in there. I believed her too, because I could smell it on her for the next few minutes. She even went as far as to file a complaint with the health department! Never seen anything like this."

"I understand that you have employee only bathrooms, but when someone has broken down and has been walking for a few miles and begs to please use you bathroom, show some compassion and let them. Especially at 11 o’clock at night. Very inhuman."
