"Stopped covering stomach pills , need prior authorization every 3 month which is costly , and difficult for me . Their answer it's policy,it's BS , and the people answering the phones are not pleasant either. I don't think they like their company . They do cover Dr. Visits and blood work , and x-rays . I would have left this ins. Co. already if it wasn't the only one my Dr. Took !!! :/ Update , great news My Dr. Dumped Prestige , oh Happy day, no more of this BS , and crabby operators ;)"
