"My boss used this firm and has all of our information including paychecks and W-2's on file. My boss went out of business, filed bankruptcy and took off but when I went to get a copy of my final paystub or W-2 to file my taxes they refused to give me a copy of My information! This firm is rude and arrogant toward clients and though I understand HIPA laws regarding client confidentiality, I showed ID and confirmed my SS# on file they should've released my info to me. My advice go elsewhere and do business with someone else."
