"Very unorganized for this photo shoot!!! One photographer mixing up pictures with information cards!!! Late photographers!! I don't think that I would recommend Lifetouch to any organization or school. My daughter was scheduled to have her senior pictures taken at 10:30 on 5/31/18. We arrive in on time and get checked in. And while he's checking us in a photographer calls in to say that they're going to be late. Now I can understand being short handed that there will be a wait. My wife came to relieve my so I could go to work at 11:30, that was an hour of being there and no pictures of my child yet. At 2:00 my child liked one picture being done with her session after waiting since 10:30, and for some reason we couldn't got one picture taken!!! Several kids that got there at the same time that we arrived were still waiting as well. After speaking with the manager several times people were beginning to leave including my wife and daughter. Your manger didn't seem to care that all of these kids were waiting on just one picture, they're cap and gown picture. Your manager wasn't being professional at all telling people that already been there for three and half hours that they were going to have to wait behind people that just arrived to get senior pictures. So now I'm going to have to pay someone else to do something that should have been done on this day by Lifetouch!! That's more money out of my pocket for pictures that I have already paid Lifetouch for!!! The only reason it even got a star is because I had to put one to post this!!"
