"My belief is that a state's public education is only as good as the very "worst" school in the state. This is my opinion based on what we've been through with Anna. Our law states that ALL children deserve a FAPE (free and appropriate education). There are some amazing teachers in every district and in every state but until everyone cares and until every child receives an education in accordance with the law, it's not enough."
