Olive Garden Italian Restaurant 5525 Tennessee 153, Chattanooga, TN 37343

"Unfortunately, I was disappointed here. First off the managers have decided that heat is a luxury for more affluent restaurants. This place was freezing, the staff was bundled up, the guests were bundled up. I overheard another staff member saying every morning (we arrived at opening time on Sunday) it is like this. The food cools off very quickly when the ambient air temperature is so low. Kudos to the manager on finding a way to save a few hundred dollars per year since I didn't see anyone leave and there were plenty of people waiting for tables when we finished our lunch. Or food took about an hour from placing the order, until it was delivered to the table. Not sure why, since there were less than six other people in the restaurant when we ordered, again we arrived right at opening."

"We waited on our food for fifty-five minutes. Others after us got their food. Don't know what exactly happened. Our waitress Lacy was very nice and courteous."

"Hunter was our server and was amazing! Very attentive, kind, funny, and knowledgeable about everything on the menu! The food was just as great and came out very quickly. The atmosphere was very lovely and very clean!"

"Usually a good experience here. Had just went the week before with impeccable service at the bar. Unfortunately wasn't the case this time. Honestly the worst service experience I've had at an establishment in years. Ordered drinks and dipping sauce for bread. Drinks and bread were brought after a wait then salad. Then entrees were ordered. Myself and my 5 yr old sat there from 6:36 until 7:00 without drinks when our entrees were brought out with our dipping sauce for our bread that we had already ate. Asked for refills and more salad and breadsticks. Refills were brought. Did not see server again until she asked us if we needed a box for our food. I asked where our salad and breadsticks were that we had asked for with our food. Keep in mind we had dipping sauce for bread that we had not even got to use. We were done with entrees. She said she would bring salad and bread and boxes for it so we could take it home..girl friend said I've never seen you tip less than 20$ anywhere. I still left an 18% tip which was only 11$ and some change. But I was furious with my experience. Probably won't be back for a while. Ridiculous"

"When we ordered (about 4 pm on a Saturday), we were told that Olive Garden was out of lasagna and to order something else. After thinking about it, I asked to speak to a manager. Tom, one of the managers, came to our table with all smiles and asked if we needed help. He was such a pleasure to meet that I forgot why I called him. I then informed him that I thought it was a little early to be "out" of lasagna. He gave us a huge smile and said, "We just took some out of the oven." Lo and behold, I was able to enjoy my lasagna without incident. Thank you, Tom. You saved the day. All of our food was good. We will return."
