"Falsely advertises free community courses and then tries to bill you $100 for a 1 hour class that was literally a slideshow and came with a handout saying it was a free community service. Do not recommend believing them at face value for anything."

"The absolute best experience. As a first time mom whose baby was in the NICU, this practice has been nothing but helpful and reassuring from the start. My son is 2.5 now and loves going to the doctor. Theyre always able to get me in quickly to be see and you truly feel like they care about your family. Highly recommend!"

"We moved to Columbus recently and chose this office because Dr. Yeiser came recommended for special needs children. Kamie has also seen my children was great. However, I have never experienced surprise billing until this office. We have private insurance and pay copayments. We started looking at bills coming in the mail because the amounts due didn’t make sense. I was paying copays for a sick visit and still getting billed for a history and exam for one child even though I paid the copayment. This was a reoccurring issue that was corrected but was given attitude when I expressed frustration because it was a reoccurring issue. Then comes October and my son had his yearly physical nothing out of norm they did height and weight, vaccines and a vision screening per a usual physical. I get a bill in the mail stating that my sons eye screening at the physical was not covered. I asked the office for an itemized bill with diagnosis codes so I could call FEP BCBS . Turns out the office was billing the eye screening as a separate exam. Which it wasn’t it was done during the physical and my son had not acute or chronic illness with his eyes. Insurance told us this was billed incorrectly and they would investigate it and call the office. The office then stuck with telling the insurance they don’t include eye screenings with their physicals but yet did not tell us the parents that they do this or we would have declined. We were essentially blind sided and stuck with another surprise bill. We have reported this and will be looking at grievance options and patient rights in regards to surprise billing. Mind you this office is in network and participates with our plan. It’s extremely unethical to do this and we will be transferring our children to a more ethical practice. I am glad I didn’t just pay these bills and actually looked at what I was being billed for."

"I came here after having a horrible experience with my premature newborn at another office. I wish I had came here first! Everyone is very nice and caring. The staff communicate well with you and respond quickly. Appointments are on time, they don’t keep you waiting. I should have known to come here first after I had a breast feeding class with Mrs. Krista. She is sweet and wants to help you as best she can. As a first time mom, this place is perfect and puts your worries at ease!"
