"2 starts because dr Aaliyah Duke is amazing! But because she is probably one of the good providers at the office she is so hard ti get an appointment with. My son has been dealing with an ear infection since September, he caught a cold and had his 12m check up. I asked her to check his ears, she said they looked great.. one week later he’s pulling at his ears so I take him back and again ask for them to check his ears. Has an infection in his left ear. The dr gave him antibiotics for that. 2 weeks later he’s still pulling at his ears so I take him back, left is STILL infected so he prescribes another round of antibiotics. We did our 10 day follow up LAST WEEK and he said BOTH EARS LOOKED GREAT. Although he had slept TERRIBLY the week before that and wouldn’t lay down, was overall not himself and I explained that to the dr . Of course the throw it on teething as they always do! So yesterday I see that my baby has green gunk all around his eyes, green snot and STILL PULLING AT HIS EARS. So I take him to another location in fear that they may rush through my appointment again and leave feeling like my baby was genuinely cared for. And low and behold BOTH EARS ARE INFECTED!!!! My baby has not been himself for almost 2 months due to this ear infection and now it all makes sense… thank god I seen the baldwin location today or I believe it would’ve been brushed off again! Do not take your baby here as everyone has warned me about this place and I genuinely wanted to give them a chance but please do yourself a favor and do your research and take other opinions because it may save your baby from 2 month long ear infections.the dr at the baldwin location also believed that this ear infection may have been ongoing so he did different treatment. I will be taking my baby for his 15m check up and will not be going back. Someone needs to get a grip on these drs if they can’t even see an ear infection!"

"Called in this morning to make my son a sick appointment and was transferred to the nurse. Usually they take his date of birth, ask for the name and concern and make my child an appointment. Today however, the nurse decided to drill me with questions and tells me he hasn’t been seen since 2021. I explained to her that I take whatever appointments they have for healthy visits because whenever I call, Longstreet Gainesville always seems to have NO appointments for a well visit (even calling when they tell me the schedule for certain months opens up). She stated that she can see our past appointments for braselton and oakwood even northeast ga medical but she “still needs to know more info”. To me it seemed like she didn’t want to do her job and tried to push me to another location. this “nurse” needs to do better and care about the PATIENT not about what “location” he been seen at last."

"I have been taking my son here for 17 years! We mainly see NP Nancy Quinn. She is BEYOND WONDERFUL! We have seen the other providers as well and have never had any issues. If my child could stay with Nancy entering into adulthood I’m pretty sure he would!"
