"Don’t use unless you want to wait 30 mins after appointment to be taken back. Then sit in the back another 2 hours before even seeing the dentist. What’s the point in making an appointment that should take an hour in all anywhere else. Totaling almost 3 hours. Ridiculous"

"This place was very nice. Designed for kids. Stimulation room set up like arcade. My son has autism and gets overstimulated when being touched and the hygienist and doctor we're very patient. They gave him time to rest during the cleaning and exam. He never cried and didn't lash out. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is my daughter ended up needing a little treatment and they said they had a cancellation and to come back same day. We came back all hour later and we had to wait 45 mins to be seated and another 30 to be seen. Other than the waiting time I loved how Ms. Rachel was with my son. They even exchanged hugs at the end of the visit. We will be going back in 6 months.(my 2 kids have gone here a handful of times last time they had 2 different appointments bc it took about an hour from the appointment time to be seated in a room. And my son had run out of patients. Today it took over an hour to be taken back bc the X-ray machines were done. We were put in our rooms and then told the appointment was too early and the insurance would not pay. I used to be in the dental field. Their appointment was originally scheduled for tomorrow and I called to change it tod and I ASKED will frequency be an issue bc it's a day early and the person on the phone said no we're good the insurance will cover. I'm just over this place. You make me wait twice for an hour to be seated know my son has autism and has a hard time waiting and sitting still. I'm not coming back here. It's just too stressful to be told one thing and wait that long just to have no services done. My kids missed 3 hours of being in school for nothing. I love how their office is set up for children but they need better services and not to overbook."

"Absolutely HORRIBLE! There was one! One kind and considerate dental assistant that my children felt comfortable with. They will herd you in and out like cattle. Call 20 plus kids back to sit in the back of the office to be able to bill insurance for a longer visit when they are sitting in the back the same as in the waiting room. It is not “kids time” it is let’s over book. Let’s get as many in the office at one time even with longer waits to be able to capitalize on the bill we send in."

"I would like to thank Amber the hygienist who took great care of our son. He has some developmental needs and tends to get very nervous at doctor visits. After two failed attempts at other offices, we're so glad we found one that would listen and take great care of our son. She was very kind and patient made it such a great experience for my son. Thank you for your kindness towards my child."

"Refused to do a cleaning on my 3 year old because he needed filings, so they just referred us to a surgeon, well that was a terrible experience within it self and we still have not been able to get the work fully completed. THEN still charged our insurance for the cleaning, so when I tried to take him to an different provider they couldn't see him until another 6 months. Now today I've been on hold with the office for 20 mins to cancel an appt....I'd go else where unless your child will lay there with no issues and doesn't need anything other than a routine cleaning."
