"My husband had a surgery back in Feb'18 and we have called many many times post surgery to request a refund for an over payment amounting to $829.00.I was told that the money will be reimbursed back but I have not received the funds and further left them 2 more voice messages. It has been a painful journey following up with them. I am sure that if a patient owns the money, the matter would be in the debt collection agency's hand. Wouldn't it be ironical if I need to send a debt collection agency to collect my refund. All I ask is PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY ... you guys have hold this 3 months already ! SOME SOUL OUT THERE IN THIS FACILITY .. PLEASE RETURN BACK MY CALLS. Would love to put this behind me ... I won't even charge interest. I just want my money back."
