"My daughter has been with Dr Drayton for 15 years. Everything was find as long as she was only having her well baby checkups or a minor cold. When I actually needed the guidance of a Doctor for an issue that my daughter had. They could have cared less. I have been using Urgent Care as if my daughter does not have a pediatrician. I have left several messages on the portal and physically gone up to the office to get a prescription refilled. I was told today after requesting a refill a month ago that they were not comfortable with refilling the prescription. They asked me several questions all which had been answered on the portal if they had taken the time to read it. This practice gets a F in my book. Why did I stay so long?? I honestly don’t know. I have been unhappy for 5 years but had hoped that we would have received the same care as before. I believe the Kennesaw location is their priority. The South Side does not matter anymore."

"The nurses here are absolutely horrible and rude. I scheduled my kids for an appointment together and they sent me an earlier appointment which I accepted. When I get to the appointment they try to tell me that the appointment is only for one child and I tell them no the appointment is for both because I scheduled them together. The girl at the desk kept trying to argue me down about it and when I would ask to speak to the doctor she kept saying they don’t talk to patients. Anywho when I y was my kids turn to be seen she then calls me just to ask if we had masks, mind u the whole waiting room is filled with people without masks, and why would u wait to ask us about a mask when it’s time for us to be seen. Anyways I tell her no, and she says ok the masks are 3 dollars a piece. I tell her I don’t have it and that if they were charging for masks then they should have notified all patients that masks are required and it’s a charge for them. Why wait until a person drives there and then tell them a mask is required. Let alone have us sit in the waiting room the entire time and wait to tell us at the last minute. The rude girl refused to get a doctor or manager to come talk with us and only offered a reschedule as if I didn’t just waste gas coming here. I also find it very insensitive to charge families for masks. The doctor clearly did not want to do her job as I always come and she’s always a hour to 3 hours late coming into the room."

"First off, I love Dr.Drayton, but her nurses that work for her are horrible. It’s so hard to get them to give you a call back even after leaving several messages. The never check their voicemail when they say they do, your child could be in need of a certain prescription and if you call in the morning they will never call you back it’s almost like you have to go up there and I live an hour away to be going to the office just to get a prescription of hydrocortisone. I have been calling for two days trying to get my sons immunization form updated in the system for his school and no one has called me back left two voice messages no one has called me back it’s Friday they turn their phones off at 3pm when they close at 4pm at this point I’m so frustrated I will be finding a new pediatrician for my son. This is an on going thing and as a mother who just wants a reliable Pediatrician this one is not the one."

"Dr. Dekisha Drayton and her staff are not very knowlegable, caring nor convenient. The most recent wellness visit was very rushed and inpersonable. None of my questions and concerns were addressed. They simply pushed me out the door and told me I would have to schedule another visit. Even though I specifically requested Dr. Drayton when I made the appointment, my children met with a PA who was rude and disrespectful. There was another incident involving the same PA when I attempted to get a rx refill, it took me a day and a half to resolve a simple issue with her. Voicemails are never returned. I only came to her practice after I changed insurance companies and my children's original ped (whom I adored) was no longer in network. If you desire establishing a long-term, relationship with a peditrcian who's competent and compasionate, DO NOT choose Dr. Dekisha Drayton and Princeton Lakes Pediatrics."
