"Dr. Cannon is great but the lack of progression and the staff aren't the best. Making an appointment shouldn't be this hard. The staff is always leaving early. Why wouldn't I just be able to make an appointment online in 2022? Why would your automated service say office hours are Monday-Friday from 8 to 5 PM but you leave during the week at 3 or 4 PM and 12 on Fridays? This has been my son's only doctor since birth but after 11 years it's time to start looking elsewhere. I hope they improve because Dr. Cannon really is awesome."

"The receptionist shaniqua has the nastiest attitude I have no trouble with no one else but her she cancels my children appointments without my permission she lies about everything then plays victim when she gets called out I can’t stand her she’s so rude and malicious they really need to let her go before she runs all their business away just sad"
