Some of these were warm and friendly interactions between the children and staff including the staff treating all children equally and trying to accommodate their individual needs. I also saw most members of the daycare staff respecting the diversity or background of the children and treating both sexes without bias. Another view I saw was teachers using a positive approach in guidance and discipline, which I believe is very important in childcare."
